The Crate Gallery is a 10 by 18 foot project room for contemporary art in London.

A simple white rectangle, it is one of the smallest exhibition spaces in Europe.

Situated in Notting Hill, in a converted garage off the Portobello Road, it is run by brothers Matt & Oli Gerrish.

It offers an intimate and neutral environment in which artists can present a single important work of art or a coherent body of work to a wider public.
