What?
Launched in 2008, The Crate is a clean and no-nonsense ten by eighteen foot project space for contemporary and emerging British artists.
Situated in a converted garage in a mews off the Portobello Road, Notting Hill, the gallery offers a refreshingly intimate and neutral environment in which artists can present a single important work of art or a coherent body of work to a wider public.
